Heatless Regenerative Adsorption Dryer fits for air compressor post treatment

Working principle

  One adsorption tower completes adsorption drying under operating pressure. Meanwhile, the other tower takes part of its own dry air, depressurizes it to near atmospheric pressure as regeneration gas to purge and renew the adsorbent. 
  The twin towers switch at fixed intervals to deliver continuous dry compressed air.

Product Features

1. Patented multi-diffusion structure, which effectively eliminates dead zones in the adsorption bed and enables full bed adsorption. Low flow rate and low pressure loss.
2. The outlet dew point is stable, and a variety of dew point temperatures are available (-20°C, -40°C, 70°C optional)
3. For different dew point requirements, adsorption beds with different contact times are selected, and adsorbents of different specifications are mixed and filled.
4. High-performance activated alumina or molecular sieve adsorbents, with high compressive strength, resistance to abrasion, high temperature resistance, and no water decomposition; large surface area and static adsorption capacity.
5. All pneumatic valves adopt well-known and high-quality large-bore driving heads with large torque, ensuring reliable operation under low air supply pressure. They are equipped with 304 valve flaps, featuring long service life and reliable sealing.
6. Low average regeneration air volume, economical and practical.
7. A variety of controllers are available, including microcomputer controllers, text screen + PLC, touch screen + PLC. It supports the MODBUS communication protocol, has an RS485 interface, and is compatible with DCS systems.
8. A variety of extended functions are available: dew point energy-saving control, interlock start-stop, remote start-stop, inlet and outlet pressure monitoring, inlet and outlet temperature monitoring, outlet dew point monitoring, and alarm function.
