Product Description

Working principle

Based on the heatless dryer, the micro-heat regeneration adsorption dryer is equipped with an external heater. Part of the finished dry air is heated to the set temperature by the heater, then enters the regeneration tower for decompression and expansion, allowing the desiccant to regenerate under high temperature and low pressure. 
After regeneration is completed, part of the finished dry air is used to cool the desiccant back to ambient temperature. The switching between the two towers is controlled by fixed cycle time or dew point, so as to continuously supply dry compressed air.
Due to the high regeneration air temperature and excellent desorption performance, the micro-heat dryer can not only greatly reduce compressed air consumption, but also achieve more thorough desorption of moisture from the desiccant.

 1. Patented multi-diffusion structure effectively eliminates dead zones in the adsorption bed, enabling full-bed adsorption with low flow velocity and low pressure drop.
 2. Stable outlet dew point with multiple options available: -20°C, -40°C, -70°C.
3. According to different dew point requirements, adsorption beds with different contact times are adopted, and desiccants of different specifications are mixed and filled.
4. High-performance activated alumina or molecular sieve desiccant features high compressive strength, erosion resistance, high temperature resistance, no hydrolysis, large surface area and high static adsorption capacity.
5. Regeneration and cooling are controlled by temperature, effectively reducing operating costs.
 6. All pneumatic valves adopt high-quality large-bore actuators with high torque, reliable operation even at low air supply pressure. Equipped with 304 valve discs for long service life and reliable sealing.
7. Low average regeneration air consumption, economical and practical.
 8. Multiple controllers are available: microcomputer controller, text panel + PLC, touch screen + PLC. Support MODBUS protocol, RS485 interface and DCS system.
